~One time Plan of care Visit (set up care plan)

~ CNAs, LPNs, MAs, RNs, NPs, as needed

~OTs &PTs, as needed

~any other services that are required can be secured for the client after the One time Plan of Care!

~if any extra needs are brought up, we are happy to help and try our best to set up a plan!
